Gnarly & NE

Designed by Eric Odor

with Chris Meyer

Mary and Mark always intended to remodel their home after purchase. They bought the house because they loved it’s NE neighborhood and it’s proximity to the park across the street and all of the NE businesses just a bridge away over the railroad tracks. This is a great example of how to transform a typical compartmentalized split-level tract home into a modern home of openness and spatial wonder. New kitchen, new baths, new windows (you won’t believe the windows), new everything.
