Rosehill steps down from the top of a wooded hill with a total of 4 levels. A walk-out terrace level with tuck-under garage is located below the main level and a partial sub-basement with a “rough play” room under the garage is located below the terrace level. There is a private yard off the terrace level and an upper terrace above the garage with each having wooded views. The home’s design is influenced by the English and American Arts and Crafts Movements. LEED for Homes certification is expected in 2015.
