Created for a national magazine as a prototype for the mainstream housing market, this particular bungalow was designed to be flexible, built in stages over time as a family evolves. It uses existing infrastructure, transportation networks and public green spaces. These deliberate design decisions help to sustain both the home and the surrounding community.
