Perched on a narrow ridge above Christmas Lake, this Prairie-influenced house conforms to stringent setback requirements and replaces an existing nonconforming structure. Where the original house was dark and highly compartmentalized, the new building is light and open and takes full advantage of panoramic lake views from every major living space.
