Toher Webster Remodeling

Designed by Kelly R. Davis and Tim Old

Efforts were made to sensitively blend with the existing detailing and essence of a distinctive house designed in 1941 by Architect Earl Cone for his own family. Reworking the upper floor spaces resulted in a new Couple’s Suite including an expanded Bath, Dressing Room and Bedroom. The design incorporates new surface materials, a curved fireplace, built-in cabinetry and furniture as well as tile work and new windows. The Kitchen has been expanded over an existing screen porch and completely redesigned with new cabinetry, appliances, surfaces and lighting. A new buffet graces the Dining Room and openings cut high in the walls between rooms allow space and light to flow one to the next. The main floor powder room has also been enlarged and refreshed. A beautifully crafted entry door welcomes guests.
