Within a project scope of 320 square feet, this addition provides new-found enjoyment for the homeowner by transforming the day-to-day use of the house. A 200-square-foot addition relocates the kitchen to take advantage of southeast light, provide new views of the garden and yard and present a well-composed aesthetic that complements the existing house while enhancing the curb appeal for the street and neighborhood.
