Our Stillwater house lift is complete and thanks again to Terry Semple of Semple Building Movers, it now has a new, full height basement and structural foundation!
The house has been set down and we are back to work on the restoration, renovation and new additions to give the house a fresh start and continued use for its new owners.
The site will be further back-filled and finish graded to ground the house in its new position and create positive drainage around and away from the new foundation. The river views and eastern panorama to the Wisconsin bluff line are even more dramatic from the new floor heights.
