David Wagner’s Lewis Porch remodel is featured in this month’s edition of Midwest Home magazine! This project also received a 2014 Remodeler Of Merit Award (ROMA) in the category for Special: Outdoor Under $150,000 from the Builders Association of the Twin Cities! The project was submitted and accepted by contractor Stephen Roach of Showcase Renovation. Stephen also received a Contractor of the Year Award (CotY) for the Lewis Porch in 2013.
